The Laughing Cow® tacos with fish and avocado

Fish tacos are a reliable choice for a dinner that will please, whether it is for your family or entertaining a crowd. The lime, chili, and coriander in these fish tacos lend a light, tangy flavor, leaving the perfect foundation for The Laughing Cow® to rest on.


  • Corn shells or tacos
  • 8 portions of The Laughing Cow®
  • 2 avocado pears
  • ½ red onion
  • 300 g white fish
  • 1 lime
  • a few pinches of chilli
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 8 sprigs of coriander
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Heat the oil in a frying-pan and cook the fish. Season with salt and pepper. Squeeze the juice of the lime. Mash the avocados and add the lime juice. Season with salt, pepper and a few pinches of chilli. Cut the portions of The Laughing Cow® into bits. Dice the red onion. Fill in the corn shells: Place the lettuce leaves then spread The Laughing Cow®, the flaked fish, the avocado purée. Complete with a few dice of red onion and the coriander. Serve immediately.
